Idi Adamu, 30, has been taken into custody by the Adamawa State Police Command on charges of sexually abusing his stepdaughter, who is one year old.
In a statement released on Friday, May 3, 2024, the command’s spokesperson, Suleiman Nguroje, revealed that the victim’s mother, who also happens to be the suspect’s wife, had complained to the police, leading to the victim’s arrest.
