Mixed reaction trails as Burna Boy claims Nigerian songs lacks substance

Nigerian singer Burna Boy has earlier reported by freshreporters media claimed that 90% of the range of songs that come out of Nigeria and Africa at large lacks substance.

This he said during an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe on Tuesday, Burna mentioned that most Afrobeat singers have no real life experiences which has made their music lack substance.

This however, sparked reactions from social media lovers.

Some reacted to the statement with some in agreement while others stated why they don’t agree.
