Police in Lagos have arrested Muhammad Tunde and his accomplices for assaulting a hotel employee.
Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokeswoman for the Lagos Police Department, claims that Tunde, who has been fired since 2020, will beat anyone for N20,000 if they ask him to.
“Dismissed Nigerian Navy personnel, Muhammad Tunde (dismissed since 2000), making people believe he’s a serving military personnel, charges N20,000 to bring his boys and beat up anybody for you,” said Hundeyin in a post on his X account on Saturday, April 6.
“He was apprehended while he and his boys were beating a hotel staff, a job contracted to him by one of the hotel customers who was asked to stop smoking in a ‘no smoking’ area of the hotel.
