The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court has dismissed a bail application filed by former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, seeking release from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
In a ruling on Thursday, presiding judge Justice Babangida Hassan held that Malami’s current detention is lawful, as it is supported by a valid court order.
