Hon. Abdulmalik Jauro Musa, the representative for the Ganye constituency, has left the Adamawa State House of Assembly.
According to a close personal friend, he passed away early on Friday, May 24, while in India undergoing medical care.
In the House, where members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) predominate, Abdulmalik Musa, an All Progressives Congress (APC) member, served as the deputy minority whip.
Abdurasheed Takai, a friend of the deceased, paid homage to him by saying, “May death be a rest to you, Hon. Abdulmalik Musa Jauro.”
The APC expressed grief at the death of one of its members in a statement issued by Mohammed Abdullahi, the state publicity secretary.
The party stated: “It is with a heavy heart and total submission to the Will of Allah (SWT) that we write to extend our heartfelt condolences to his immediate family, colleagues in the House of Assembly, friends, well-wishers and the entire APC family in Ganye Local Government Area.” [CONTINUE READING HERE]
