A student of the Nigerian Law School, Yola campus, has allegedly taken his own life after being prevented from taking the Bar Final examinations.
Sources told SaharaReporters that Ayomiposi Ojajuni, a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, became distraught on Saturday, December 6, upon learning he would not be allowed to sit for the professional exams, which began that day.
Shortly after receiving the news, he reportedly ingested a harmful substance. Investigations indicate that the decision to bar him followed previous disciplinary measures and multiple queries issued by the school.
Ojajuni was rushed to the Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital in Yola, where he passed away on Sunday.
