Renowned Nigerian musician Asake has garnered considerable attention and got many talking online after the emergence of his recent romantic video.

In the footage released, Asake, who recently closed down the 20k capacity 02 arena, raises eyebrows as he is observed sharing a kiss with his purported girlfriend.

In the video, Asake and the woman, known as Mystique, are seen enjoying an exclusive moment together.

They are entwined with each other on the bed in the room and subsequently spotted at a restaurant having a meal together.

They further captivated many as they exchange kisses while having a good time together in an atmosphere exuding nothing but positive vibes.

Freshreportes News reports that Asake, whose real name is Ahmed Ololade, has been rated as Nigeria’s most-streamed artist of 2023 on Spotify.

The streaming platform disclosed this information in data released on Wednesday.

Three of Asake’s songs secured positions in the top 10 list of the most streamed tracks on Spotify in Nigeria.

His track ‘Lonely at the Top’ claimed the pinnacle; ‘2:30’ secured the fourth spot; and ‘Amapiano,’ featuring Olamide, secured the tenth position.

In this year’s Spotify Wrapped for Nigeria, the star of “Lonely at the Top” took the lead, with Burna Boy in second place and Davido in third.
