Sean Diddy Combs, a veteran American rapper, has tendered a public apology after a footage of him caught assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in a hotel hallway in 2016 surfaced on the internet.
In a video posted to his Instagram handle, Diddy acknowledged the severity of his actions.
“That behaviour in that video is inexcusable,” he stated. “I take full responsibility for my actions. I was disgusted then when I did it. I’m disgusted now.”
Diddy went on to reveal that he sought professional help, including therapy and rehab, following the incident.
