Unknown Men Fatally Sh0t A Young Woman, Adessa Fernandez In Cebu City

A young woman named Adessa Fernandez, aged 27, was fatally shot in the early hours of Thursday morning. The incident took place at approximately 2 o’clock in Sitio Lawis, Alaska Barangay Mambaling, Cebu City, leaving the community in a state of disbelief and mourning.

According to relatives, Adessa Fernandez was a resident of the area and known for her beauty and kind nature.
