Unknown Gunmen Attack Burial Attendees, K!ll Pastor And One Other In Abia (Video)

Tragedy struck the peaceful community of Amangwo Olokoro in Umuahia South Local Government Area of Abia State, as two prominent individuals fell victim to a brutal attack by unknown gunmen.

The incident occurred on Friday morning at approximately 9 a.m. along Arondizuogu road, as the victims, identified as youth leader Ifeanyi Onwunkwe and Pastor Chukwuemeka Nwachukwu, were en route to attend a burial ceremony in Enugu.

According to reports, the unsuspecting victims were traveling in a Sienna bus, which miraculously remained unscathed during the attack.

Out of the nine individuals in the vehicle, sadly, Ifeanyi Onwunkwe and Pastor Chukwuemeka Nwachukwu lost their lives in the hail of gunfire.

In a heart-wrenching account shared with newsmen, one of the surviving passengers described the terrifying experience. The individual recounted the sudden onslaught by the assailants, who opened fire on the vehicle without any provocation or warning. The motive behind the attack and the identity of the gunmen remain unknown at this time.
