Three Nigerians have been nabbed for alleged armed robbery in Libya.
The Migrant Rescue Watch disclosed via their Twitter page on Monday.
It was gathered that suspected Nigerians allegedly robbed an expatriate workers’ residence in Misrata, Libya, before being apprehended by a patrol team from the General Directorate of Security Operations and handed over to police authorities.
The tweet read, “Patrol of General Directorate of Security Operations arrested in Misrata 3 #migrants of Nigerian nationality for armed robbery of expatriate workers residence. The accused were handed over to police authorities for legal action. #migrantcrisis #Frontex”.
