Nnadozie earned National Union of Professional Footballers (UNFP) award for the best goalie in the French women’s league on Monday.

Super Falcons forward Chiamaka Nnadozie has celebrated her latest recognition.

The 23-year-old stood alongside Paris Saint-Germain superstar, Kylian Mbappe, who clinched the men’s equivalent.

Nnadozie took to social media to express her gratitude to everyone who contributed to her winning the award.

Chiamaka Nnadozie became the first African to secure the National Union of Professional Footballers award for best goalie in the French women’s top league,

Nnadozie gained recognition for her outstanding performances throughout the 2023–24 season for Paris FC.

The Nigerian international clinched the individual honor by surpassing a strong competition that includes Christiane Endler of Olympic Lyon, Katarzyna Kiedrzynek of PSG, Chloe N’Gazi of FC Fleury, and Kinga Szemik of Stade de Reims.

Last month, the 23-year-old also secured the title of top goalie in the French D1 Arkema women’s league.

Nnadozie’s prowess in stopping penalties has cemented her position among the world’s elite goalkeepers.

This season, she has the highest number of penalty saves of any goalie in Europe—seven.
