The Super Eagles have unveiled their 28-man roster for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The lineup features standout players such as Victor Osimhen from Galatasaray, Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman, and Wilfred Ndidi of Besiktas. Paul Onuachu makes a comeback from Trabzonspor, and goalkeeper Francis Uzoho is also included in the squad.
Adding to the team’s dynamic, five new talents, including Ryan Alebiosu and Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, are set to increase competition. However, Maduka Okoye and several others have been left out due to fitness and performance concerns.
Head coach Finidi George Chelle will guide the team as they face off against Tanzania, Uganda, and Tunisia starting December 21, with Nigeria entering the tournament as a leading contender.
