Governor Biodun Oyebanji has expressed concerns over the inability of some political appointees in his cabinet to stand firmly in defense of his administration.
He noted that leadership requires loyalty, responsibility, and courage to uphold the collective vision of government.
Oyebanji stressed that public officers should not only enjoy the privileges of their positions but also serve as strong advocates of the government’s policies and programs, especially in times of criticism.
He called on his appointees to rise to the challenge, reminding them that true service is measured by commitment and not mere title-holding.
