Godswill Akpabio, the Senate President, attended the burial of former Senate President Ken Nnamani’s wife, Ezinne Jane Nnamani, on Friday.
The Nigerian Senate President also paid a courtesy visit to the Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, at the Government House.
Akpabio who made this known on Friday took to his Facebook page to disclose the meeting with pictures .
Sharing photos, he said,
“Today, I led the Federal Government delegation to Enugu, to pay our last respect to late Mrs Jane Nnamani, wife of the former President of the Senate, Ken Nnamani GCON, who was committed to mother earth today.
“May God grant the family and those she left behind, the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss. May her soul rest in peace.
“I also led members of the delegation on a courtesy visit to the Enugu State Governor, Mr Peter Mbah at the Government House Enugu.”
