Sad, Wigwe Varsity Registrar di£s following alleged wrong bl0od transfusion in Abuja hospital

The Registrar of Wigwe University identified as Ulonna Inyama has passed away in the FCT, Abuja due to complications from fibroid s¥gery and alleged wrong bl%od transfusion.

According to reports gathered, a family source said Inyama died on Monday, 29th of July, 2024.

She was initially admitted to a hospital in Abuja for fibroid treatment but suffered a f@tal reaction after receiving the wrong bl%od type.

The source said,

“She d#ed of loss of bl%od due to fibroid complications under mysterious circumstances. We were told that the wrong bl%od transfusion led to her d£ath.

When her condition worsened due to complications, she was referred to another hospital, where she passed on,” the source said.

The family has demanded an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Inyama’s d£ath.
