Simisola Kosoko, a Popular Nigerian Singer popularly known as Simi, has revealed how she was surprised by some people during the 2023 general election that took place on 25th of February, 2023.
The ‘Duduke’ Singer also revealed that she had lost respect for this set of people she once respected.
Simi made this clear in a post she shared via her Instagram handle on Wednesday.
Stating this on her instagram story, the singer wrote, “A lot of people have surprised me this election. Lost whatever respect many have had for them.
“‘It’s my choice’ is fair; but when people do wicked things in daylight without fear of repercussion, and you still support them, it serves you better to do it quietly.
“You’re not courageous, or brave, or strong in the face of adversity. You’re ignorant. And proud.”
