President Tinubu has hailed singer Timi Dakolo for his performance at a reception concert in honour of the Super Falcons, who were celebrated as ‘Champions of Africa’, in Abuja on Monday.
The President in a post on his X handle, on Friday, 1st of August 2025 shared his appreciation for the performance.
Tinubu alongside his wife, First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, held a reception party for the team who secured their 10th continental title with a dramatic 3–2 comeback win against hosts Morocco in the final held at the Stade Olympique in Rabat on Saturday, July 26.
Expressing his admiration for Timi Dakolo’s performance, he wrote on X: “NIGERIA. We are a great Nation.
