The President Federal Republic of Nigeria, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), Today, Tuesday, conferred national honours to 437 persons in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.
Those conferred national honours includes the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Kayode Ariwoola, Tanko Ibrahim Mohammed, the former Chief of Justice of Nigeria, Femi Gbajabiamila, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nigeria, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, and others.
President Buhari had last week presented the 2023 budget to the National Assembly. It is expected to be his last budget following the end of his regime.
