The FCT Police Command confirm the arrest of one Chinaza Phillip, a notorious Abuja kidnapper by police operatives of the Kaduna State Police Command on Thursday 18th January, 2024.
Chinaza and his gang members (now at large) were arrested by the police while they were taking a victim, Segun Akinyemi, from Abuja to Kano State.
They were in middle of the kidnapping operation when the police swooped in on them, according to the Kaduna Command’s Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Mansir Hassan.
Chinaza was arrested alongside some arms and a mobile phone, FCT Police Command’s spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh said on Friday.
The suspect has been handed over to FCT police Command today being Friday 19th January, 2024, and currently in police custody. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
