On Saturday, the ministers-designate selected for President Bola Tinubu’s administration commenced their documentation process in preparation for the upcoming swearing-in ceremony scheduled for Monday, August 21st, 2023.
According to reports from FRESHREPORTERS MEDIA, the documentation process unfolded at the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation in Abuja. As of the time of reporting, the documentation process was still in progress.
All 45 ministers-designate are anticipated to finalize their documentation by Sunday, August 20th.

President Tinubu Sets Date for First FEC Meeting
In related news, it has been reported that President Tinubu has chosen Wednesday of the following week for his inaugural Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting since assuming office as president on May 29.
Sources indicate that this inaugural FEC meeting will take place subsequent to the swearing-in of new ministers into his cabinet on Monday.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume, along with the cabinet office, is reportedly focusing on the content of the first FEC meeting.
