Pastor Korede Komaiya, Founder of The Master’s Place International Church, has shared a moving testimony of survival and divine mercy, disclosing that doctors once told him he would not live past the age of 35.
The clergyman, who turns 55 on September 4, reflected on his journey of faith in an Instagram post on Wednesday, accompanied by new photographs.
Komaiya recounted how he has repeatedly escaped death and seen God intervene in moments when life seemed impossible.
“I saw bends that were like ends until God turned things around. I was told medically that I wouldn’t live to be 35 years old, and now I’m just a few days away from 55,” he wrote, describing his life as a product of mercy.
The Warri-based preacher highlighted how his ministry has impacted lives, noting that he has become “a father to orphans, a succour to widows, an eye to the blind, and hope to the hopeless.”
Founded in 2007, The Master’s Place International Church has grown under his leadership alongside his wife, Esther.
