A pastor’s marriage proposal at Winners Chapel in Ishieke was met with rejection and a fierce backhand slap from the prospective bride-to-be.
The incident reportedly happened during church service. Witnesses reported that the pastor—whose name is being withheld—knelt down in front of the church to declare his love and make a marriage proposal to a young woman, who was probably a church member.
But rather than meet with jubilant acceptance, the woman gave the pastor a startling rejection, refusing the proposal and giving him a firm slap across the face.
