Runcie Mike, one Lead Pastor of The Evening Church in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, has passed on two days after officiating the funeral service of one of his members, the 36-year-old daughter of a popular broadcaster in the state.
It was gathered that the Pastor whose church is located at the Shopping Mall, Tropicana Centre, Uyo, the capital city of akwa ibom was said to have passed away on Saturday, 1st of July, 2023 in Uyo.
The deceased is Survived by a wife and two children, he was said to have died after a brief illness, freshreporters media gathered.
When the news broke, many of the church members thought it was fake news. But the leadership of the church later confirmed the sad development.
Announcing his death, the church leadership said,
“In this time of grief, we enjoin the body of Christ to hold us up in prayers and most especially, His immediate family,”.
