Mudashiru Obasa, the member representing the Agege 1 constituency, has been re-elected as the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly for the third consecutive term.
he announcement came shortly after the proclamation of the 10th Assembly by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday morning.
The nomination for Speaker was made by Temitope Adewale, who represents Ifako-Ijaiye 1 state constituency. Obasa’s re-election demonstrates the confidence and trust placed in his leadership abilities by his fellow legislators.
