The Governor of Nigeria State, Abubakar Sani Bello has emerged winner of the senatorial seat of Niger North Senatorial District.
Sani Bello contested on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The governor won the seat with a difference of 12,044 votes to defeat the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who came second as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC respectively.
