Ahead of the 2026 World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, the Federal Government has established “Nigeria House Davos.” This will be the country’s first official National House on the Davos Promenade, a strategic venue designed to showcase Nigeria to the world.
According to the Presidency, Nigeria House is a key part of the Renewed Hope Agenda, aimed at attracting foreign investment, building international partnerships, and elevating the nation’s global economic standing. It will serve as a central hub for high-level meetings, investment talks, policy dialogues, and cultural events throughout the forum.
The project is being executed through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) involving key ministries such as Industry, Trade and Investment; Finance; and Foreign Affairs. A consortium of Nigerian firms, led by Eviola and Co Integrated Services Ltd, will manage its implementation.
The five-day program will focus on critical sectors, including:
· Solid minerals and agriculture
· Climate, energy, and digital trade
· Technology and the creative industries
By launching its own dedicated space, Nigeria aims to directly engage global leaders and investors, following the example of other major nations that have successfully used Davos Houses as tools for economic diplomacy and soft power.
