Eyewitnesses recount the devastating scene as they stumbled upon the lifeless body of the baby, signaling a harrowing act of negligence and cruelty.
The helpless child, believed to have been recently born, was found without any vital signs, prompting immediate distress among those who encountered the distressing sight.
An eyewitness wrote:
“Child dumped in a dustbin at the fence of Education House along mbiama Yenagoa Road has been found dead this morning.
“It is unfortunate that what people are praying to have even if it is one for years is what others are killing.
Will God ever forgive such persons?”
