Not less than five cartel members were also taken into custody during a two-week intelligence-led operation in the states of Lagos, Abia, and Anambra after their illicit narcotics consignments were seized in the NAHCO import shed of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA, Ikeja, Lagos.
