The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA operatives at the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company export have nabbed one pregnant woman, identified as Mrs. Sylvester Gloria Onome, after 800 grams of skunk were discovered in two small radio sets she was sending to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, UAE.
Femi Babafemi who is the agency’s Director, Media & Advocacy, Made this known today, Sunday via his Facebook handle.
According to him, the pregnant woman was nabbed after the anti-drugs agency found illegal substances concealed in two radio sets her sister asked her to send to Dubai.
Babafemi also shared photos and video of the radio sets and the concealed drugs, he said, “See the reason why nobody should give you any package to help send or give someone abroad? Not even this small radio set is spared from desperate bids to conceal drugs for export. Trust no one. This particular case is sister to sister as discovered by officers.”
