A vigilante member from Adamawa State has tied the knot with a Norwegian lady, leaving the people of Yola town in awe.
The groom, Hamman Joda Isa, who is reportedly around 33 years old, exchanged vows with Diana Maria Lugunborg at the High Court Registry in Yola Town today, July 18.
It was gathered that the marriage ceremony was met with celebration and raised eyebrows among the local community.
Curiosity loomed over the residents of Adamawa as they wondered how and where Isa and Diana had met, considering the thousands of miles that separated them.
According to a witness, this unique union was the result of an international and cross-cultural romance that blossomed over a social media platform.
Diana, hailing from Norway, had traveled all the way to Nigeria to join her beloved Isa in matrimony.
The joyous occasion was marked by a reception filled with well-wishes and lively dancing. The festivities took place near the water board, adjacent to the College for Legal Studies in Yola, where friends and family gathered to celebrate the successful wedding of Isa and Diana.
