Muhammad Munzali, 35, of Kaura Gidan Damo, Shanono Local Government Area, was apprehended by Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) agents attached to the Critical National Assets and Infrastructure Department in Kano State after he broke into a women’s hostels.
The information was released in a statement on Friday, March 15, 2024 by SC Ibrahim Idris Abdullahi, the command’s public relations officer.
Abdullahi claims that the suspect was caught by observant officers of the corps on Wednesday, March 13, at 10:00 pm at night, after breaking into the female dorm of Skyline University Nigeria, which is located along Sardauna Crescent, Nasarawa GRA, Kano.
“The suspect was disguised and dressed in women’s garb and was found with local charms around his body,” he stated.
Abdullahi said the investigation was on to unravel the motive of his intrusion into the private university’s female hostel.
“The State Commandant, NSCDC Kano Command, Mohammed Falala, had recently, in a strategic meeting with management, charged officers and men of the command to be extra vigilant,” he added. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
