Julius Abure, the Labour Party’s (LP) National Chairman, has been suspended.
A letter dated May 14, 2024, from Mr. Thompson Ehiguese, the Ward 3 chairman of the Arue, Uromi, Esan North East local government area of Edo State, detailed the reason for his suspension.
The letter, delivered to the beleaguered national chairman, noted that the decision was made following careful consideration of his arrogance, anti-party actions, and the fraud claims made against him, which are currently being looked into.
“While the suspension is with immediate effect, you are advised to refrain from holding out or parading yourself as a member of Labour Party, Ward 3, Arue, Uromi, Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo State,” the letter said in part. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
