Tokunbo Wahab, the Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, said on Thursday that the state government had discovered an unlawful colony beneath the Osborne Bridge in Ikoyi, Lagos State.
Wahab posted videos along with this information on X.com on Thursday.
“Another illegal settlement was discovered under the Osborne Bridge, Ikoyi,” the commissioner stated, sharing a video.
