Operatives from the Drainage Maintenance Department of the Lagos Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources have continued maintenance dredging of the China Town channel in Kosofe Local Government Area.
According to a post by the Lagos Commissioner, Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, the ongoing operation is part of the State Government’s proactive flood control measures, aimed at improving water flow and reducing the risk of flooding in the area.
The post reads:
