Lagos Estate Rocked by Fátal Domestic V!olence Incident, Suspect Flees

A man has allegedly murdered his wife in a violent domestic incident at a Lagos estate before fleeing the scene. Actress Ewatomilola provided a detailed account of the attack, which occurred on the evening of January 8 around 8:30 PM.

According to reports, the suspect, identified only as AY, was allegedly intoxicated and abusive. Witnesses claim he instructed his eldest daughter to bring him a poisonous substance, locked his two younger children in a room, and then offered his wife a drink. When she refused, he allegedly stabbed her multiple times, killing her, before immediately fleeing Lagos.

Ewatomilola suggested the motive stemmed from the wife’s decision to leave the marriage, stating that AY was reportedly “obsessed” with her. The victim, a mother of five children two deceased and three surviving is at the center of this tragedy. Authorities are actively searching for the suspect, who is believed to have fled to Kaduna, and are urging the public to report any information on his whereabouts.
