An improvised explosive device (IED) planted in the Gamborun Local Government Area of Borno State by ISWAP terrorists has killed at least eight members of the Civilian Joint Task Force.
On Saturday, April 27, 2024, while traveling from Gamborun Ngala to Maiduguri, it was reported that the victims perished instantaneously after walking on a landmine that was allegedly set by ISWAP.
It was gathered that three other victims sustained various degrees of injuries from the attack on Saturday, April 27.
The wounded were evacuated to the hospital while the nine CJTF who paid the supreme price were taken to their families for burial arrangements. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
