Ronke Ojo, a veteran nollywood actress popularly known as Ronke Oshodi Oke, has recalled how the late mother of her colleague, Funke Akindele, prayed for her like her child the first time she met her in person.
She actress also condoled with the family of Akindele. Dr Adebanjo Akindele had passed away on the 7th of February, 2023.
Ronke Oshodi Ok via her Instagram handle Wednesday, expressed her sadness on the death of Akindele’s mother.
Recounting her encounter, the actress said, “I met you just once, and you prayed for me like your own child. To my surprise I heard this sad news today, continue to rest in peace ma. #funkejenifaakindele sorry for your loss, God knows the best.”
Other notable dignitaries had sent their condolences to the bereaved after which Funke Akindele shared the sad news.
