Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has met with Kenya’s Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, Musalia W. Mudavadi, to discuss potential bilateral partnerships.
The meeting, which took place in Nairobi, focused on exploring collaborations between Oyo State and various sub-national entities in Kenya.
According to an update on Makinde’s X handle, the discussions centered on key areas of interest, including agro-logistics cargo systems, urban city regeneration, trade, tourism, and aviation.
Makinde wrote on X:
“Yesterday while in Nairobi, we paid a courtesy call on the Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, His Excellency Dr Musalia W. Mudavadi, E.G.H. Our discussions centred on exploring bilateral relationships between Oyo State and sub-national entities in Kenya. “
“We are interested in collaborations in agro-logistics cargo systems, urban city regeneration, trade, tourism and aviation.
“His Excellency assured us that Kenya is open for partnerships and business with Oyo State and so, we are looking forward to making progress on this.”
