The Lagos state Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu has commemorated with Pastor Tunde Bakare pastor of The Citadel Global Community Church, on occasion of his 70th birthday.
The Governor in a statement via his X handle on Monday, 11th of November 2024, commended the cleric dynamic preaching and teachings of truth have inspired many lives.
The statement reads:
“Today, I attended a special celebration service to commemorate the 70th birthday of Pastor Tunde Bakare, Overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church, and the launch of his autobiography, ‘The Last, But Definitely Not The Least.’
“Pastor Tunde Bakare’s dynamic preaching and teaching have inspired many, and his dedication to service and commitment truly stand out. He has positively impacted the body of Christ and has been a beacon of hope through his efforts in spreading the gospel.
“As he celebrates this remarkable milestone, I pray that God grants him grace and strength to continue the vital work he does. May He also bless him with good health, allowing him to render even more service to humanity and to God’s kingdom.
