Nigerian Gospel singer Mercy Chinwo Blessed and husband, Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, have announced the birth of their second child.
Mercy shared the news on her Facebook handle.
In her heartfelt caption, she expressed gratitude to God for blessing them with another child.
“An amazing father of TWO,” she wrote, celebrating her husband and acknowledging God’s goodness in their lives.
She wrote:
“The Lord has done it again! He has added to our joy… multiplied our laughter…
and blessed us with the precious gift of a second baby.
“We declare: His name will be lifted in our lineage forever. Generations from us will walk in His light. Through us, many will be blessed, and the nations will call us blessed.
“To the glory of God…Welcome, our precious gift. Oh my love #theofficialblessed — an amazing father of TWO! The Lord has indeed been good to us”.
The couple, who got married in 2022, celebrated their third wedding anniversary on August 13, 2025.
Mercy marked the occasion by sharing stunning photos and expressing gratitude for God’s love and guidance throughout their marriage. Their first child, Charis Nduka Blessed, was born in October 2023.
