Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the Ex President of Nigeria toured to Darkar, Senegal, for the opening event of a two-day sub-regional talks on sustaining democratic principles in West Africa countries.
Goodluck Jonathan taking to his verified Twitter handle disclosed these on Thursday 12th of may, 2022.
These is coming amidst the reports that states he has defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, to pursue the presidency in next year general election.
According to his tweet, he said, “Today, in Dakar, Sengal, at the opening ceremony of a two-day Sub-regional Dialogue on Sustaining Democratic Principles in West Africa, organised by the West African Elders Forum (WAEF)”.
“I joined other leaders and stakeholders in the sub-region to examine ways of deepening democracy, peaceful transfer of power, improving governance and addressing the issue of unconstitutional change of government in the sub-region”.
