Godwin Emefiele, the Former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, has tabled a plea of not guilty to the amended 20-count charge against him.
His legal counsel requested the continuation of his bail, a plea to which the prosecution raised no objections.
The trial judge, Justice Hamza Muazu of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, permitted Godwin Emefiele to travel outside the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with the restriction that the travel must be within the country. [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
