A Lagos father is publicly accusing the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Ojo LGA of causing the deaths of his nine-month-old twin boys after a routine immunization on December 24, 2025. In a viral social media video, he alleges the children were given fake, expired, or inappropriate drugs.
According to the father, his sons were healthy before receiving injections at the state-run facility. Shortly after, they became extremely weak and developed dangerously high fevers. Despite administering paracetamol and trying home remedies, the twins tragically died the next morning. He also claims a nurse gave them an oral medication without his consent.
Rejecting suggestions that food poisoning was the cause, the grieving father fears an official autopsy may be compromised. He is appealing for assistance from human rights lawyers, stating, “I don’t have any lawyer. I don’t have money. I am doing this alone.”
While he has buried his children, he has issued a warning to other parents to be extra vigilant during immunizations. As of the latest reports, the Lagos State health authorities have not yet issued an official response to these serious allegations.
