JUST IN: EFCC Rolls Out Public Complaints Unit

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has launched a Public Complaints Desk across all its Zonal Directorates and at its headquarters.

In a statement on Wednesday, Dele Oyewale, EFCC’s Head of Media & Publicity, quoted the Commission’s Executive Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, who explained that the new desk will feature specially trained staff. These personnel are tasked with handling complaints from the public about anything and everything related to EFCC’s operations.

This move, Naija News gathered, is meant to bridge the communication gap between the EFCC and ordinary Nigerians, making it easier to address concerns and resolve issues quickly.
