Don’t Ply Coastal Highway When It’s Completed – Ben Murray-Bruce Blasts Obi, Others

Ben Murray-Bruce, Eighth Senate senator has labeled opponents of the 700-kilometer Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway as progress foes and stated that they “should not ply the road when it is completed.”

“This is why it is surprising that some disgruntled people are opposing this project. I would suggest that such enemies of progress should not ply the road when it is completed and stick to the old long treacherous routes,” Bruce said in a video he shared on his X page on Sunday.

There has never been anything like this,” the former federal lawmaker who represented the Bayelsa East Senatorial District from 2015 to 2019, described the project as “proof of the transformative power of visionary leadership by President Bola Tinubu.”
