The Warri- Benin expressway commuters have lament over the bad states of the busy road.
Commuters plying the highway have been groaning over the deplorable condition of the busy road at the Mosogar- Tinapa-Palm wine Joint section before getting to the Oghara in Ethiope West Local Government Area, LGA, Delta State.
It was gathered that the failed portion of the busy highway has become dilapidated to the extent that vehicular travellers are held up at the location for hours before they can go ahead with their journey.
