The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Hasan Bala Abubakar, has reaffirmed the Nigerian Air Force’s (NAF) commitment towards prioritising personnel welfare, describing it as the organisation’s most valuable asset.
The CAS, during the commissioning of some projects at the 107 Air Maritime Group in Benin, emphasised that the newly completed facilities are part of the Force’s ongoing dedication towards improving the working and living conditions of its personnel.

The post reads,
“We recognise that our personnel are our greatest assets,’ declared the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Hasan Bala Abubakar, during the commissioning of 5 key infrastructure projects at 107 Air Maritime Group, Benin, on 8 May 2025.
“Mini armouries, aircraft hangar office, living quarters, state-of-the-art gymnasium and more, these developments are part of the Nigerian Air Force’s unwavering dedication to enhancing the welfare, morale, and operational readiness of its personnel. These facilities represent more than just structures—they symbolise our commitment to our people,’ the CAS said, reflecting on the transformation since his initial visit to the Base.
“As the NAF celebrates 61 years of excellence, Air Marshal Abubakar called on personnel to remain professional, disciplined, and stewards of these new investments. The future of air power begins with well-supported and motivated airmen.” [CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
