The suspension of Abdullahi Ganduje, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), was upheld by a Kano State High Court on Wednesday.
Ganduje was prohibited by the court from further presenting himself as a party member in addition to receiving an exparte order.
Ganduje, was suspended from the party by the APC executives of Ganduje Ward in the Dawanki Tofa Local Government Area of Kano State.
Haliru Gwanzo, the Ganduje ward’s legal advisor, along with other executive members, announced the suspension during a media event in Kano on Monday.
They cited the Kano State High Court’s Dollar video corruption accusation against him as the basis for the suspension, which was put on hold while the case was being resolved. [CONTINUE READING HERE]
