Nigerian chef Tope Maggie, aka Temitope Adebayo, broke the Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking marathon.
Maggie surpassed the previous record of 119 hours and 57 minutes held by Irish chef Alan Fisher.
The 200-hour cook-a-thon concluded early on Saturday, November 18, as announced in a video on Oyo Affairs X page.
The marathon took place at Ogbomoso Recreation Club in Oyo State, near LAUTECH College of Health Sciences.
Though Guinness World Records is yet to confirm, Tope Maggie is already receiving congratulations for his achievement…[WATCH VIDEO HERE]>>
